At WATCHMEE, every piece is made with intention — crafted on demand, just for you. Because each item is produced specifically when you order it, we follow a made-to-order return policy that reflects the nature of our fulfillment process.

Made-to-Order Policy All WATCHMEE products are print-on-demand items made specifically for each customer. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference. We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

We Do Make It Right — Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will resolve it at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns@watchmeeriise.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We will arrange a free reprint or full refund — no return shipment required for defective items.

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color (please check size guides before ordering)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code
  • Gift cards

Exchanges Because all items are made to order, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will reprint or refund it. For size issues, we recommend carefully reviewing our size charts before ordering.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at returns@watchmeeriise.com.
